The Oregon Clinic Surgical Specialists South, previously Clackamas Surgical Associates, has served the Portland metro area’s medical and surgical needs since 1971. Our office is located in Tualatin next to Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center.
We look forward to meeting with you and providing excellent and compassionate care throughout your entire surgical process and recovery.

Getting to the office
While we were previously located in Suite 240, we have moved across the hall to Suite 235 as of 2/27/23.
- Enter Medical Plaza 1
- Take elevator to the 2nd floor
- Follow signs to Suite 235
